I installed SDK 2. Initially it did, but I got null for all requests to the CloudConfigurationManager. I read that I should manually update the Azure project, which I've done, but now it won't even start up.
I just get "Role instances are taking longer than expected to start". I've had to disable caching to get it running again, but I'm still getting null for any requests to CloudConfigurationManager. I know this isn't the place to report problems, but my advice to anyone thinking of upgrading is to not do it unless you want to waste most of your day screaming in frustration.
